Flight planning and navigation software specialist SkyDemon announced a new add-on at AERO 2025 today – a Bluetooth link to compatible aircraft radios allowing frequencies to be selected via Skydemon’s App.
As Skydemon’s Rob Hart explains, the feature will allow Skydemon users to select a radio frequency from their tablet screen which will automatically be entered into an aircraft radio’s active or standby frequency list.
The innovative feature means that Skydemon users will no longer have to fiddle with radio frequency selector dials, instead switching between frequencies via a single touch on their tablets.
